Weddings

Wedding packages (Includes editing):

Ceremony Only

1 Camera = $400

2 Camera = $500

 

Ceremony & Reception

1 Camera = $800

2 Camera = $1,200

 

Each package covers:

Pre-Wedding shots such as the church & sanctuary, wedding party and family interviews, visitation of bride's chambers and groom's chambers, ceremony, up to 4 hrs reception for the ceremony/reception package. We stay until the end of the reception unless we are dismissed early.

Three copies of the final product (one for the bride & groom and one for each set of parents) will be provided. Additional copies are $15/VHS and $20/DVD.

Photo Collages

Price is based on the length of the final product:

Up to 15 minutes of video = $400

$100 for each additional 5 minutes minutes of video..

Several steps are involved in producing a video collage:

Leave your photos with us at least two months before the actual date of when the collage needs to be completed. The earlier you drop off your photos the better. Be sure the pictures are in the order you want them to be in. (Very crucial)

After the pictures are in our computer system, we have you over to review them. Whatever changes need to be made can be done at this point. This is, after all, your video, and we want to make it the way you want it. It is at this visit you leave the music for the collage. You are responsible for providing all the music, preferably on the original cds.

After we incorporate the music and trim the video down to its proper length, we have you over to review it again. Once you give the final approval, we will spice up the video by putting in fun transitions between each picture. We then give you 3 or 4 copies in time to show the audience at your special event!

Events

Parties, seminars, church services, how-to videos, graduations, wedding rehearsal dinners and similar events that only require one camera:

$100/hr shooting time, $60/hr editing, minimum 2hrs, if editing is needed.

Presentations

Talent shows, dramas, plays, interviews and similar events:

Prefereably 2 or more cameras, we can either record the event with multiple cameras and do all the editing in post-production, or we can set up and switch live and thus reduce post-production time. You will be charged a base price for live switching, and then we can also sell copies of the video to the general public.

 

Editing / Dubbing

Editing $60/hr. Dubbing Depends on the length of the tape.

If the format is anything besides DVD, mini-dv, 8mm* or VHS, we will need to borrow your camcorder so we can get your footage onto our editing system.

*There are two types of 8mm. The more recent 8mm is where the cassettes are similar in size to a Digital 8 or a Hi-8. This we can work with. The old type 8mm is a format that was popular back in the 1970s and is something we cannot do.

Legal Video

We do depositions and other legal video, however we do them in conjunction with a company called Accurate Evidence Legal Video. If you would like for us to do some legal video, we ask that you would call Accurate Evidence at 817-261-2100, or visit their website at www.legalvideo.com and arrange the job through them.

Conversions

We can convert VHS tapes to and from the NTSC, PAL and SECAM formats. Prices depend on the length of the video.

Video jobs outside the Dallas / Fort Worth area

From across the street to around the world, we will travel anywhere to do a video job. For jobs outside the Dallas/Fort Worth Area, you will be charged for travel expenses as well as the cost of the actual job.

Overseas jobs need to be planned well in advance. We will need to meet to discuss what is expected and what needs to be done so we know what equipment and supplies we need to take. There are also matters to consider such as shipping cargo, overseas accomodations, raising support insofar as Christian missions and organizations are concerned, etc. For a listing of what we have done, please see our TIMELINE page.
